The way of price calculation:the offer needs to include at least sum of products net values and gross values. It is allowed also to list the net values and VAT rate if included in invoice.The Excise duty needs to be included too, if applied.
Criterion of offer evaluation:
I. Complexity in offer realization To be taken in consideration the offers must fulfill the requirements for all listed components.
II. Price the most competitive offer will be taken into account until fulfill criterion I.
Criteria weights (significance): Criterion no.I is obligatory.The offer that does not fulfill it will be considered as invalid. The offer that fulfils the criterion I is scored with 6 points in evaluation process. In other case 0 points will be scored for this offer.
In case of receiving more than one valid offer the decisive criterion will be the competitive price. The lowest price will be scored with 4 points, the next one 3, etc.
