It is with great pleasure that we announce the introduction of the newest member of the Auto Focus Family of sensors, The ATF6 Laser Auto Focus and Tracking Sensor for the Semi-Conductor Industry.

The ATF6 extended the scope of applications of the ATF5 to cover Semicon patterned wafer and Semicon photomasks. The ATF6 also includes all the ATF5 applications. For further information and applications please refer to the ATF6 Product Brochure or Product Webpage.
