Transmitted Brightfield

The Transmitted Brightfield (TBF) illuminator is a medium power LED illuminator designed for modern inspection and review applications. It is designed to provide more light and optimally cover the FOV of the objective lenses. The TBF illuminator is designed to provide Köhler illumination with fixed numerical apertures up to NA=0.30 and working distances up to WD=14 mm for WDI’s MMS and MIC microscopes, working in Transmissive Bright Field mode.

Feature

  • Powerful blue light (455 nm) transmitted illumination.
  • Dedicated PFABUS™ COB controller, providing power and controls for intensity, timing, and mode of operation including Direct Current (DC), Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) along with two external trigger modes (Pulse Follow and Pulse Trigger).
