Autofocus sensor with Offset Adjuster
The ATF4-OA is a fast speed, highly accurate, autonomous digital autofocus solution, designed to correct for the chromatic aberrations experienced with traditional sensors. The Offset Adjuster (OA) is specifically designed to allow fluorescence-based microscopes to operate in optimal condition, preventing the system from interfering with the sensor. The sensor uses a through-the-lens technique to achieve autofocus in less than 0.6 seconds with a success rate higher than 99%.
ATF4-OA features:
- Equipped with an OA to compensate for offset and chromatic errors
- Excellent for DNA fluorescence imaging, genome systems, and other biomedical applications.
- NIR wavelength of 785 nm and 850 nm helps prevent interference with the imaging system.
- Updates its data every 0.5 milliseconds, and can adapt to a variety of specimens, from low to high reflectivity (1% – 99%).
